Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and MEYT LTD (company number 17366861, Suite 11060, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom), which operates Cosma. By creating an account or using the Cosma apps or website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Cosma.

What Cosma is, and is not

Cosma offers astrology readings, insights, and answers for entertainment and self-reflection. Astrology is not a science, and Cosma’s content is not a prediction or a fact about you or anyone else.

Cosma does not give medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for it. Do not delay or ignore professional advice because of something Cosma said. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

AI-generated content

Many readings and answers are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable, and the same question may get a different answer. You are responsible for the decisions you make. Do not rely on Cosma for anything important.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Cosma.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Accounts cannot be transferred.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at cosma.letsmeyt.com/request-delete-data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• add someone as a friend, or enter someone else’s birth data, without their permission;
• harass, threaten, or harm other people through Cosma;
• try to access other accounts or data, or get around limits, credits, or payments;
• scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer, or overload the service;
• use Cosma for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Cosma Pro, credits, and payments

• Some features need a Cosma Pro subscription or credits. Prices are shown before you buy.
• In the App Store or Google Play: purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by the store.
• On the web: purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded, except where the law requires.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. By starting to use paid content straight away you agree that this right ends once the content is supplied. This does not affect your other legal rights.

Your content

You own what you write in Cosma, such as questions and journal entries. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

Cosma, its design, and the content we create are owned by MEYT LTD or our licensors. You may use readings generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them with friends.

Changes and availability

We may change, add, or remove features, and Cosma may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; we will post changes here and tell you about significant ones. Continuing to use Cosma after a change means you accept it.

Liability

Cosma is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Cosma’s content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using Cosma and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Cosma, and we will tell you when we reasonably can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and may bring claims in your local courts.
